> Call for Special Sessions
ICSOC has established itself as the premier international conference that aims to promote high-quality research on Service Oriented Computing, offering the ground for advancing and progressing research on that topic. Previous ICSOC conferences were held online (2020), in Toulouse, France (2019), Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (2018), Málaga, Spain (2017), Ban, Alberta, Canada (2016), Goa, India (2015), Paris, France (2014), Berlin, Germany (2013), Shanghai, China (2012), Paphos, Cyprus (2011), San Francisco, California (2010), Stockholm, Sweden (2009), Sydney, Australia (2008), Vienna, Austria (2007), Chicago, USA (2006), Amsterdam, Netherlands (2005), New York, USA (2004), Trento, Italy (2003).
The aim of the 19th edition of the International Conference on Service Oriented Computing (ICSOC 2021) is to provide a high-quality international forum for researchers, professionals, and industrial practitioners to report and share ground-breaking work in the vibrant discipline of Service-Oriented Computing (SOC). The ICSOC conference solicits proposals for Special Sessions and Tutorials related to any of the conference topics, as follows:
ICSOC 2021 will feature Special Sessions which may consist of one or more tracks, organized under a common theme. Special Sessions are intended to allow projects or other groups of authors to present their own work. These can include one invited speaker, besides papers. Organizers of special sessions are responsible for defining the full contents of their sessions. It is not required that open calls for papers are launched for Special Sessions, in order to attract authors or presenters, but open calls are a possibility. Submitted papers to the special sessions must be evaluated by the session organizers and will be included in the proceedings.
> Proposals
We solicit proposals for Special Sessions related to any of the conference topics. Special Session proposals should not exceed 5 pages using Springer’s LNCS template, should be written in English, and should follow the template below:
- Title
- Name and contact information of the organizers
- Motivation and Background
- Structure and Duration
- Additional information on the specific promotion, if applicable

Special Session proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format via email to the co-chairs of the tutorials and special sessions:
